ARTSM release new guidance for portable traffic signals.

New guidance for portable traffic signals have been issued by The Association for Road Traffic Safety and Management and this will replace the DfT Pink Book and TALS 2/11 and 3/11 with immediate effect.

Traffic Management industry professionals including trainers, operatives, local authorities, utilities work teams and highways traffic management personnel and now urged to purchase the new guidance which includes a new section on timings.
